Me llamo introduces your name. Soy introduces your identity or role, such as student.

Buenos días y con permiso
Buenos días is a useful opening before noon. Con permiso politely gets someone’s attention when you need to pass by or ask a question.
Good morning. Excuse me, are you the teacher?
Pregunta dónde está algo
Use ¿dónde está…? to locate a person, office, or physical place.
¿Dónde está…?
For the location of a person or thing, use estar. Add por favor to make the question gentler.
¿Dónde está + place/person + por favor?Where is the library, please?

Aquí, allá y cerca de
Your answers do not need to be long. Aquí, allá, and está cerca de… are enough to begin.
The restroom is over there, on the right.
Your classroom is near the cafeteria.

Me puede ayudar uses usted and works well with school staff or someone you do not know. With a peer, ¿me puedes ayudar? is also natural.
Excuse me, can you help me? I’m looking for classroom 12.
¿Puede repetir, por favor?
Asking for a repeat is a useful strategy, not a mistake. Say no entendí when you need more help.
Can you repeat that, please? I didn’t understand.
